2.Structural performance
YORK filter cartridge dust collector is a kind of environmental protection and purification equipment with small volume and high dust removal efficiency. The basic structure consists of a enclosure, fan, filter cartridge , dust collection box, micro-computer control and a sub-efficient filter. The dust-containing air is inhaled by the fan through the air outlet (dust hood) and filtered through the filter cartridge. The dust particles are trapped on the surface of the filter cartridge. The filtered purified air is filtered out again through the air outlet with sub-high efficiency.
3.Scope of application
YORK filter cartridge dust collector is widely used in GMP engineering, such as dust removal in pharmaceutical, biological, chemical, food and other industries, as well as in electronics, mechanical processing, foundry, building materials, ceramics, loading and unloading, mining, metallurgy and other industries. For general small specific gravity, fine metal chips, foundry sand dust, cement, gypsum powder, carbon powder, plastic powder, etc., have good dust removal effect in a certain range, dust removal efficiency is greater than 99.5%.
4.Instructions
4.1 The single unit dust collector is installed near the mechanical equipment which produces dust and is followed by the user according to the dust collector.The size of the intake port can be equipped with metal or plastic dust suction pipes and suction hood.
4.2 Before working, the dust collector should check whether the overhaul door, dust outlet door, dust collection drawer and air duct connection system are sealed to avoid leakage and reduce the effect of dust collection.
4.3 The voltage of the dust collector is 380V, and it can be started from the external wires of the dust collector after being connected to the power supply.
4.4 The cover of the electrical control box should not be opened while working. When the circuit needs to be checked, the power supply should be cut off after shutdown.
4.5 According to the size of the dust, the dust should be cleaned regularly to ensure that the dust collector works normally
