Introduction:
YORK Filter bag dust collector is a new type of dust collector with high efficiency at international levels. It combines the advantages of sub-room reverse flow and jet pulse bag house together, which over-comes the weakness of low strength of dedusting, the defects of cleaning dust and filtering which causes dust absorption twice for expanding the application range of bag filter.
The collector adopts efficient offline cleaning, which leads to high effectiveness, long service life of filter bag, low resistance, and so on. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry for purifying dust.This collector is outdoor type formed by different chambers and filter bag in several kinds of types, which are 32, 48, 64, 96 and 128. The diameter of filter bag is Φ130mm and length 2450mm or 3060mm. Discharging concentration could be less than 20mg/Nm³ if concentration of collecting dust is less than 1000g/Nm³. When outside temperature is less than or equal to 5-25 , the heating device should be installed.
Main features

PULSE JET BAG FILTER WORKING PRINCIPLE
As depicted in the figure, Dust leaden Air succession inside the bag filter with velocity. Inside the system filter, the air and dust particles are separated. The Dust Free Air sent to the environment. At pre programmed interval the reverse pulse Jet flow clears the bag. Dust Particle accumulated on bags are get detached from bags and fall into hopper after pulse jet cycle. The collected may then combusted in the hopper so that the amount of material collected is minimized.
